Bulgaria is slowly starting to recover from the state emergency situation that blizzards and severe weather have caused in many parts of the country.
After two days being closed, Varna port has returned into operation on Saturday and local municipality launched all equipment and workforce available to clean up snow-blocked streets and roads.
