Bulgarian real estate prices have increased by 11% over October - December last year as compared to the previous trimester, official data showed Friday. That percentage was 3.1 for capital Sofia, while the highest growth (34.3 %) was recorded in Dobritch, a town in Bulgaria's far north-east. The average price for square meter floorage in Sofia has reached almost BGN 1, 095 (EUR 547), and in the country's second largest city Plovdiv - BGN 784. Varna, the main Bulgarian seaside city, boasts a price close to that in Sofia - BGN 1,085.
