The European Union and Bulgaria will sign an agreement on joint management of international crisis, as the government approved the draft on its last session for this year.
This accord was seen expedient because of the active cooperation between Bulgaria and the EU in international peacekeeping missions on the Western Balkans, the governmental press office said in a statement.
Bulgaria is part of the EU peacekeeping force in Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with some 30 countries, including Canada and Turkey, which has taken over the mission from NATO command. |
